3. Timelines and Deliverables

Project timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. While Rhyolite Software, LLC will make every reasonable effort to meet the agreed-upon deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary information, assets, or feedback in a timely manner, or for delays caused by third-party systems or platforms.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be set out in the SOW. Payments are typically due on a recurring monthly basis for retainer services, or upon completion of project milestones for project-based work. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges. All third-party costs are the responsibility of the client and are not included in our service fees unless otherwise specified.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary access to information, data, and systems required for Rhyolite Software, LLC to perform the services. This may include access to systems, APIs, and relevant accounts. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content and data provided to us.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, client data, and performance metrics.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rhyolite Software, LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website or the services provided, even if Rhyolite Software, LLC or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
